4 King Bed Private Beach +Pet Friendly +Pickleball

Because we had such a wonderful time last year, we returned to this fantastic property again this year. And it was even better. Besides the many amenities from last year—ping pong, movie theater, plenty of bedrooms, a dock to fish from, kayak, pedal boat. This isn’t even the complete list. This year, a pickle ball and basketball court was added giving our family more recreational opportunities. The enlarged patio gave our family a nice gathering spot to watch the competitions. We even got to see swans and a mother duck and her ducklings go by while lounging on the lawn. Without a doubt, a return next year is on our family calendar.

This house of the bay is breathtaking! We stayed fourth of July week and not only is there so much to do in the little town of Fairhaven, the hosts have stocked this little piece of heaven with everything you would ever need for a family vacation. We even rented a poontoon boat for two days. The kids fished, kayaked, paddle boat rides, swimming, jumping of the dock, playing in the sand, basketball, pickleball, and cornhole. The kids caught so many fish off the dock. Lots of memories were made around the firepits and lounging by the bay. We watched movies in the theater at night and cozied up with blankets on the porch that has beautiful views of the bay and the sunsets are the best! The bedrooms are spacious and the beds are so comfortable. The ameneties are amazing as are the hosts. You should be able to give this place more than five stars. This is our second year renting and it is one of my favorite vacation spots!

I, four of my siblings and 3 spouses stayed for 5 nights at Fox Point, and absolutely loved it. This was the most well equipped rental we have ever stayed at. We tried to think of things that were missing, and could not! Abby was very quick to respond, and so helpful. The beds were all comfortable, and the A/C kept the whole house an even temp. Plenty of outdoor (and indoor) furniture. The water was a little cool, so we did not use the water toys. The grounds are fairly private, and gorgeous! We all agreed we would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Abby and her beautiful family went above and beyond! This house is wonderful and it was a perfect getaway for 10 friends who have known each other for years. We've been getting together for the past 15 years and this is by far the best place we have stayed in. This house left no stone unturned and we couldn't think of anything that we needed. Great time!

The house was perfect for our stay. Abby was super communicative and helpful from the moment we placed the booking. They had all the essentials, the kitchen was great for cooking, and the living room was super spacious for us to all hang out in. We ended up driving to Oswego about 25 minutes away for things to do during the day, since there wasn’t much going on in town for the off-season. Overall, we loved our stay!
